⚡ How to Activate Nitro PDF Pro (Offline)

Step 1 (In Nitro Pro): Launch Nitro PDF Pro. Click Activate Now > Advanced > Manual Activation.
Step 2 (Enter Serial): Paste your 18-digit license key into the Offline Activation box and click Next.
Step 3 (Copy Request Code): Nitro Pro calculates an encrypted Activation Request Code. Click Copy.
Step 4 (In This Portal): Enter your Operator Name and Email, then paste the Request Code into the text box.
Step 5 (Generate Certificate): Click Activate, review your details, and confirm to generate your Activation Certificate.
Step 6 (Complete in Nitro Pro): Click Copy Certificate, return to Nitro Pro, paste it into the Activation Certificate box, tick the agreement checkbox, and click Activate.

🔄 How to Deactivate & Move to Another Computer

Step 1 (In Nitro Pro): On current computer, go to Help > About Nitro Pro > Deactivate.
Step 2 (Copy Deactivation Code): Confirm deactivation in Nitro Pro and click Copy to copy the certificate.
Step 3 (In This Portal): Switch to the Deactivation tab on this portal.
Step 4 (Release Seat): Paste the deactivation certificate into the box and click Deactivate. Your seat is now released!
